New Beginnings Cat Rescue (NBCR) is a non-profit, volunteer-only cat rescue group.  With respect and compassion for all cats, NBCR promotes lifelong relationships between people and animals, providing foster care for each precious life until adopted into a good home as an indoor cat. Our mission is to rescue cats from euthanasia at Garland Animal Services.
